I offer my prayers to Lord Ganesha to remove any obstacles in my path to Bhakti O Ramji. My aim in life is to start a Bhakti Cult Movement. There have been several times I have thought of this and I started it from within and will end it within. In between I would want to spread or share the happiness and delight I derive from this Bhakti Cult. It is to ones own Ultimate motive, to be one with The Ultimate, that one has to Ultimately accomplish as the Ultimatum!
I have googled on Thyagaraja Kritis and did not find one place which has comprehensive list of all Thyagarja Kritis. Then I have decided to make a place on the web which holds all the Thyagaraja Kritis. This was a thought for me somewhere in 2005. Then, the idea was in the form of word or text documents in my local computer. Then I,
Though my idea and intention is to start this kind of lyrics and songs website or blog with Thyagaraja Kritis, I would not want to limit this to only Thygaraja Kritis for several reasons. One, because, I do worship all incarnations and forms of my favourite God, Lord Maha Vishnu Two, because, I worship Lord Srivenkateswara as my family deity (Inti Ilavelpu) and I want to worship Lord Sri Venkateswara with Annamacharya Keertanas. Three, because, the idea or aim to start this website or blog came from the worship of Lord Sriram. So, I would want to include all Lord Srirama songs like Bhadrachala Ramadasu Keertanalu, Aachari Aatreya Geetalu like Srirama Gaanamrutamu etc. Four, because, it is more a Bhakti site with main focus on songs composed by Bard Saints like Thyagaraja, Annamacharya, Bhakta Ramadaasu and the like. It also would include devotional songs from various devotional and mythological films in several languages broadly covering Telugu, Hindi and Sanskrit. Five, because, I have the desire and urge to include the Bhajans, Abhangs, poems etc of the various poetic music and song forms by Meera, Veda Vyasa, Vaalmiki, Kabir and the elite group. Six, because, I do not want to limit the scope of my project (if I may use the professional code). As I believe that anything Divine is Unlimited.
