Meaning:

The feet ("paadamu") of Sri Venkateshwara are so sacred that they are adorable and worshiped ("kadigina") even by Brahma and that the very feet ("paadamu") themselves ("taananee") are Ultimate Brahmam.

The Lord's feet have been immensely worshipped by Goddess earth and the feet saved the earth ("mopina") from the powerful enemy "Baali" ("bali tala") Chakravarthi when the Lord in the form of Vaamana asked him to fulfill his wish. The adorable feet of the Lord, which, brought down the pride of the poisonous snake Kaalinga ("talagaka") kicked not only its head but also the sky (refers to Lord Vishnu in Vamana Avatar, where he takes three steps, one on earth, the second on sky and the third on Bali's head.) These are the feet (of Lord Krishna) that rescued Balarama.

The feet were pressed ("pisakedi") so dearly ("premapu") by the goddess of wealth Lakshmi ("shreesati"), the Lord's wife, the feet glitter / shine like gold. These are the feet that have given many boons ("varamosagedi") to rishis ("parama yogulaku") and have made TiruvenkaTagiri in Tirupati the ultimate destination ("tiramani coopina") to attain salvation. These feet are worshipped and washed by Brahma. (During the wedding of Lord SriVenkateswara, while Brahma offered "Kanya Daan" to Lord Sri Venkateswara, Brahma washed the feet of Lord SriVenkateswara.)
